With over 35 years of experience Sarah’s Hat Boxes provides the highest quality custom fabric boxes for our customers. Our company has supplied beautiful boxes for many special events, store displays, specialty packaging, gift baskets, fund-raisers, etc. We work with large companies as well as cottage industries.

Our Hat Boxes are made in the U.S.A. and constructed from recycled materials.
Our Materials
Our ultimate goal at Sarah’s Hat Boxes is quality. That’s why we choose to use recycled chipboard and non-toxic adhesives in the construction of our boxes. The high quality of our fabrics and ribbons complete the process. Using recycled and earth friendly materials allows us to feel good about the products we make.
We do not buy a box and cover it – at Sarah’s Hat Boxes, we manufacture the boxes from start to finish. That is why we are able to give our customers exactly what they want. We pride ourselves on providing the best hat boxes in the industry, while still making our prices affordable.
Made in New Hampshire
Our 15,000 square foot manufacturing facility includes a 2,000 square foot showroom located in beautiful Hancock, New Hampshire. With the addition of a silk screening shop we now do our own screen printing which gives us the ability to do logos, artwork, etc. on the boxes. Sarah’s Hat Boxes has the capability of building thousands of boxes or just that one very special box.
